The AFL has released the squads for the remainder of the 2022 NAB AFLW National Championships Under 18 Girls, with the next game featuring NT Talents being a clash between Allies (NT/Tas) taking on NSW/ACT on Monday 18 April at Blacktown International Sports Park.
For the first time, the first Allies match includes players from Tasmania and Northern Territory with players from NSW/ACT incorporated into the Allies for the final two matches.
The revised model for the highest standard of girls representative football, featuring future stars of the NAB AFLW competition, is part of the AFL's Talent Pathway Program and will involve, where possible, same day travel for teams. It replaces the carnival model which was originally planned for and would've had all teams spending a number of days in the one location.
Live streaming details to be confirmed.
