Peter Jackson, CEO of the Melbourne Football Club was pulled out of retirement in 2013 to help rebuild the club when it was at its lowest ebb, on and off the field. In 2017, signs are that the rebuild will be successful.
Peter will discuss what he believes are the key drivers of the rebuild - leadership and culture - and why they are so important to the success of any organisation, be it a professional sporting club or business.
