TRAFFIC CONTROL & CAR PARKING

AFLNT wishes to advise traffic control will be in place on Wednesday (only) from 3:00pm and Abala Road will operate as a one-way road from this time.
See here for map.

There are more than 1,300 free public parks available in and around the Marrara Sporting Complex. With traffic control in place things may take slower than usual and with heavy foot traffic in the area patrons are encouraged to allow plenty of time and to walk carefully.

With thanks to the following sports and organisations, there are spots available on a first in policy around the Marrara Sporting Complex. See here for a map.

Bonson Gate end of TIO Stadium – 325 spaces
PINT Club – 75 spaces
Italian Club – 75 spaces
Larrakia Park (soccer) – 120 spaces
Netball – 200 spaces
Basketball – 250 spaces
Indoor Sports Centre – 300 spaces

A reminder that the paid parking that has traditionally been available at the South Darwin Rugby Field opposite TIO Stadium is not available due to development and construction work.

Even with the power to the area being repaired and street lights fully operational again, fans are encouraged to allow plenty of time to make it to the game and to walk carefully when accessing the stadium from the surrounds.

Bus Route Number 3 operates from Casuarina, return to Casuarina and drops off at the Marrara Sporting Complex.
