AFL Northern Territory and TIO are again calling on all Footy Fanatics to show their team spirit during the 2023/24 TIO NTFL Finals Series, for a chance to win some awesome prizes including tickets to the upcoming AFL matches being played in Darwin!
The TIO Footy Fanatics competition encourages passionate Top End footy supporters to get on social media to tag and share the creative ways they get passionate about their TIO NTFL club.
With one major prize and two minor prizes up for grabs, there’s never been a better time to show your team spirit!
The most creative entry will win the major prize, valued at $3,000.00. The major prize consists of a VIP experience inclusive of six tickets to the Gold Coast SUNS vs North Melbourne match at TIO Stadium on Saturday 11 May 2024.
The two next most creative winners will receive one of two minor prizes, valued at $750.00 each. The minor prize consists of thirty (30) general admission tickets to attend the Gold Coast SUNS vs North Melbourne at TIO Stadium on Saturday 11 May 2024.
If you’re a footy fanatic and you want to be part of the action, you will need to:
- Take a photo or video of you being a Footy Fanatic (be creative!)
- Do you cover your home in your clubs’ colours during the final’s week?
- Are you a painted mascot for your club?
- Do you dress yourself from top to bottom in club merchandise?
- Are your four-legged friends representing your club in the dog park?
- Tag @aflnorthernterritory and @tiostadium on your Instagram or Facebook post

Competition details
- The competition commences 9:00am on Thursday 22 February and closes Saturday 16 March at 7:00pm
- To enter this competition, eligible entrants must during the Competition Period take a photo or video showing how they’re a Footy Fanatic and tag @aflnorthernterritory and @tiostadium on Instagram or Facebook. Accounts must be on public view so the entries can be reviewed. Prize Winners are determined by the Promotor choosing the most creative entries. Entries can also be submitted to AFLNT for review by completing the secure form link available
TIO has supported Territory football for over 30 years through their sponsorship of junior, women’s, and men’s competitions. They are the naming rights sponsor of the Northern Territory Football League (NTFL) and the Central Australian Football League (CAFL).
