Here is everything you need to know ahead of tomorrow nights, Palmerston Magpies and St Mary’s match-up! ...and the highly anticipated TIO NTFL Debut of Gary Ablett Junior! 

Palmerston Magpies are poised well to take on reigning 2021/22 TIO NTFL premiers St Mary’s after starting the season off 4 wins and only one loss.  St Mary’s have come off a nail-biting win over the Nightcliff Tigers in Round 7 and would be looking to make a statement in a win over the pies.  

Pre-book your tickets to save time on the day and ensure you do not miss any of the action! 

Patrons are reminded, tickets are general entry only - no reserved seats 

What are the game details? 

5:30 PM – TIO Kids Fun Zone opens  

6:15 PM – Playing teams begin on-field warmups 

7:00 PM – First Bounce - Palmerston Magpies v St Mary’s 

8:10 PM – Approx. Half Time 

9:30 PM – Approx. Final Siren 

Where can I buy tickets? 
Tickets will be available online via Ticketebo. You will require an email address, phone number, and a valid payment method to complete your purchase.  

Note: No other website is an authorized ticket seller.

What time do gates open? 

Bonson Gate (airport end) – will open from 5.30 pm 

Ah Mat Gate (McMillans Rd end) – will open from 5.30 pm  

Kantilla's Members' Bar will open from 5.30 pm  

Can I access Kantilla’s Members Bar? 

Public access passes are now sold out.  

AFLNT and TIO NTFL Membership holders can access the Members Bar and have sign-in rights for up to six (6) guests. 

In addition, AFLNT reserves the right to reduce the number of guests allowed and/or refuse entry if the capacity does not permit. Please note all other terms and conditions apply; along with minimum dress standards. Children under 18 are allowed in Kantilla’s but must be always supervised by an adult. 

Will tickets be available for purchase at the gate on game day? 
Yes, tickets will be available for purchase on game day. (Subject to availability, unless sold out prior)  
  
However, patrons are encouraged to book online through Ticketebo – any ticket purchase requires an email address, phone number and a payment method.  

What payment methods are accepted? 
Via the Ticketebo website - online payment methods via VISA, Mastercard and American Express. 
Game day tickets at Bonson Gate (subject to availability) - can be paid for via credit/debit card, cash and BasicsCard. 

What if I bought tickets through a reseller/unauthorized site? 
We are sorry to hear you have bought tickets via an unauthorized website. These websites are unofficial ticket resellers, and the authenticity of your purchase cannot be verified by us. The only authorized ticketing agent for the Round 8 Match at TIO Stadium is Ticketebo.

What food and drink options are available?  

There are public bar and kiosk facilities at TIO Stadium in multiple locations:    

Canteen – Level 2 Grandstand – open from 5:30pm  

Food stalls – TIO Oval 2 – open from 5:30pm 

Public Bar – Level 2 Grandstand – open from 5:30pm to 15 minutes into the last quarter. 

Members’ Bar (Kantilla’s) – Level 3 indoors – open from 5:30pm till close  

All food and bar outlets have EFTPOS facilities, in addition to the standalone ATM found on Level 2 near the Public Bar.  

Does the stadium accept BasicsCard? 

You can now use your BasicsCard at the TIO Stadium canteen and for gate entry to TIO Stadium (this does not extend to purchases of memberships).

TIO Kids Fun Zone 

Located at the MLLLC end of the stadium, the TIO Kids Fun Zone will be open from 5:30pm for kids to enjoy! There will be a jumping castle, slushie machine, face painting and the AFL handball target for the little ones to brush up on those footy skills! 

Accessibility  

Disabled access is via a lift near the TIO Stadium office (Bonson Gate entry) and seating with extra space is along the last row in the Maurice Rioli Grandstand.  

Medical emergencies at TIO Stadium  

If a medical emergency, please flag down the closest staff member (in NTFL yellow tops) who will be able to get the attention of the onsite St John Ambulance crew.  

Anti-social behaviour at TIO Stadium 

Anti-social behaviour and breaches of the Conditions of Entry are looked upon poorly by AFLNT officials. Members of the public are encouraged to report incidents via text or phone to 0436 297 132. There will also be security and police personnel that you can report to.  

Patrons are reminded that no alcohol is allowed to be taken onto the field of play at any time.  

Smoking & Vaping 

TIO Stadium remains a smoke-free and vape-free venue, however, patrons will have access to designated smoking and vaping areas at the Ah Mat Gate.  

Emergency evacuation procedures  

In case of an emergency, an announcement will be made over the PA system.  

If TIO Stadium needs to be evacuated, the Bonson, Ah Mat and scoreboard gates will be opened, and patrons will be directed to the safest route.  

Passouts & refunds  

It is highly unlikely that AFLNT will need to issue refunds. In the case of AFLNT rescheduling games, please follow the instructions issued by gate staff for information on pass-outs/refunds.
