Men’s Division 1
Thomas Brown, of Waratah Football Club, has been charged with headbutting player number 6 from the Banks Football Club in the fourth quarter of the TIO NTFL Men’s Division 1 match between Waratah and Banks at Gardens Oval on Saturday 14 December 2019.
Based on the umpire's report and evidence available (no medical evidence was presented by the opposing player/club), it was the view of the Panel that the incident should be classified as intentional conduct, low impact and high contact, resulting in a two-match penalty.
