AFL Northern Territory (AFLNT) advises that the TIO NTFL Men's Division 1, Division 2, Under 18 Boys and Under 18 Girls fixtures for the upcoming 2019/20 season have now been updated.
The updates to the Men’s Division 1 competition includes game times up until Round 8 and a Round 3 venue change for PINT vs Wanderers and Round 8 date change for Banks vs St Mary’s.
The update to the Men's Division 2 competition is due to the Palmerston Magpies Football Club and University Rats Football Club aligning therefore the entire draw has been re-done.
The updates to Under 18 Boys includes game times and a Round 10 venue change for Big River Hawks vs Waratah.
The update to under 18 Girls includes game times up until Round 8.
Emily Wastle-Hopkins, Manager of Community Football and Club Development said she was pleased with the updates in taking on board feedback from clubs in regard to alignment of games.
“It’s been great to achieve improved alignment for games in Divisions 1 and 2 which assists clubs with their support staff, and gives fans the opportunity to follow their clubs. Game times beyond Round 8 will be released in the coming weeks.
“The junior fixtures are now being finalised as well and will be ready for release by mid next week,” she said.
AFLNT thanks clubs and fans for their feedback and patience and hopes future disruptions are minimal.
