Malcolm Rosas will head to Adelaide to represent the NT in the third round on the NAB AFL Under 18 Championships this Saturday. He won’t travel alone with NT Thunder teammate Joel Jeffrey to join him in the Allies team and Ben Jungfer also making the trip to join the Allies camp and be an emergency for Saturday's game.
NT Thunder Academy Coach, Jason Roe said it is great to see more Territory talent coming into the side and the boys are excited to team up with their South Australian counterparts to take on WA.
“It is exciting to see Joel get this opportunity (as a bottom age player) to play against a quality opposition side in WA and he is more than up to the challenge of competing at this level.
“I was glad to see Mally in the team again after his last game against Vic Country in Round 1, I’m looking at seeing how his performance can improve throughout the championships, as is he.”
