Dennis Dunn
Dennis Dunn played 204 games for St Mary’s winning 9 premierships during the 1980’s and 90’s and the Chaney medal in the 1985/86 grand final.
A goal kicking machine, he won the NTFL’s leading goal kicker award from 1984 to 1988, kicking a breathtaking 817 goals in his career. St Mary’s leading goal kicker five times from 1984/85 to 1988/89 he topped a century of goals in two seasons and kicked 10 or more goals in a game an amazing 17 times including a 20 goal haul against Waratahs in 1984/85. He continues to hold the record for the most goals kicked in a season with 128 goals in 1985/86.
Dunn represented the NTFL on 12 occasions, an NTFL player life member and has the NTFL leading goal kicker award named in his honour. We are proud to induct Dennis Dunn into the AFLNT Hall of Fame.
