Based on the evidence available, it was the view of the MRP that the incident should be classified as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact, resulting in a two-match penalty.

In summary, Guthrie can accept a one-match penalty with an early guilty plea.

Men’s Division 1

In summary, Caldow can accept a one-match penalty with an early guilty plea.

Men’s Division 2

Thomas Harvey of Southern Districts Football Club has been charged with striking player number 71 from Tracy Village Football Club in the 4th quarter of the TIO NTFL Men’s Division 2 match between Tracy Village and Southern Districts at Tracy Village on Saturday 14 November 2020.

Allan May, coach of St Mary’s Football Club has been charged with misconduct/serious misconduct at the ¾ time break of the TIO NTFL Men’s Division 2 match between St Mary’s and Waratah Football Club at TIO Oval 2 on Saturday 14 November 2020.

Under 16 Boys

Andrew Lamberton, team manager of St Mary’s Football Club has been charged with misconduct after the TIO NTFL Under 16 Boys match between Waratah Football Club and St Mary’s at TIO Oval 2 on Sunday 15 November 2020.

Based on the evidence available, it was the view of the MRP that the incident should be classified as low-level misconduct, resulting in a one-match penalty.

In summary, Lamberton can accept a reprimand with an early guilty plea.

Under 14 Boys

Aaron Bamford, runner for Southern Districts Football Club has been charged with using abusive, insulting, threatening or obscene language towards an umpire in the third quarter of the TIO NTFL Under 14 boys match between Nightcliff Football Club and Southern Districts Football Club at Gardens Oval on Sunday 15 November 2020.

Based on the evidence available, it was the view of the MRP that the language Bamford is alleged to have used is in-line with the Auditory Offences matrix (Appendix 9) that is part of the AFLNT Rules and Regulations (2020-21 edition) and should be classified as medium, meaning the comment could be heard 10 to 50 metres away, while the conduct was rated as abusive/obscene. This has resulted in a three-match penalty.

In summary, Bamford can accept a two-match penalty with an early guilty plea.
