AFL Northern Territory wishes to advise they will appeal the not guilty finding in the case of Aisake o’hAilpin of the charge of serious misconduct at the Tribunal on Wednesday 11 October 2017.
AFLNT believes there has been an error in law and, on those grounds, will challenge the finding to the Appeals Board.
At this stage, the Appeals Board is scheduled to meet at 9.30am on Saturday before the 1.00pm Nightcliff vs Tiwi Bombers game.
Due to the appeal process now being active, AFLNT can now make no further comment until such time as the Appeal Board meets.
