AFL Northern Territory (AFLNT) wishes to advise the Tribunal sat on Wednesday 15 November 2017 to hear two charges from Round 6 of the 2017/18 TIO NTFL competition.
Sean Brown, of Darwin Buffaloes Football Club appeared before the Tribunal to answer the charge of rough conduct during the last quarter of the Round 6 game in the TIO NTFL Men’s Division 1 game between Waratah Football Club and Darwin Buffaloes Football Club played at Gardens Oval on Sunday 12 November 2017.
In summary, Brown pleaded guilty and was issued with a three-match suspension.
Ronald Dean Williams, of Wanderers Football Club appeared before the Tribunal to answer the charge of obscene language towards or in relation to an umpire during the last quarter of the TIO NTFL Men’s Division 1 game between Palmerston Football Club and Wanderers Football Club at Absbuild Oval on Sunday 12 November 2017.
In summary, Dean Williams pleaded guilty and was issued a reprimand.
Both Brown and Dean Williams have until 5pm Thursday to lodge an appeal.
