Match Review Panel

The following charges have been laid in the senior divisions:  
 

 


 

MEN’S PREMIER LEAGUE




Mark Jamar, of Southern Districts Football Club, has been charged with striking player number 20 of St Mary’s Football Club, in the first quarter of the TIO NTFL Men’s Premier League match between Southern Districts and St Mary’s at TIO Stadium on Saturday 9th December 2017.

 

Based on video evidence it was the view of the panel that the incident should be classified as intentional, low impact and high contact resulting in a two-match suspension.

 

Jamar can accept a one-match sanction as an early plea.  

 

 

Nathaniel Paredes, of St Mary’s Football Club, has been charged with rough conduct on player number 10 of Southern Districts Football Club, in the second quarter of the TIO NTFL Men’s Premier League match between Southern Districts and St Mary’s at TIO Stadium on Saturday 9th December 2017.

 

Based on video evidence it was the view of the panel that the incident should be classified as careless, low impact and high contact resulting in a one-match suspension.

 

In summary, Paredes can accept a reprimand as an early guilty plea.
 






 

 

MEN’S DIVISION ONE 

 

Ryan McGregor, of Tracy Village Football Club, has been charged with striking in the second quarter of the TIO NTFL Men’s Division One match between Tracy Village and Darwin Buffaloes at Tracy Village Oval on Sunday 10th December 2017.

 

Based on the umpire’s report it was the view of the panel that the incident should be classified as careless, low impact and high contact resulting one-match suspension.



 

In summary, McGregor can accept a reprimand as an early guilty plea.
 




 

Luke Schubert, of Palmerston Magpies Football Club, has been charged with abusive, insulting, threatening or obscene behaviour towards or in relation to an Umpire in the fourth quarter of the TIO NTFL Men’s Division One match between Banks and Palmerston at Gardens Oval on Sunday 10th December 2017.

 

Based on the umpire’s report it was the view of the panel that the incident should result in a one-match suspension.



 

In summary, Schubert can accept a reprimand as an early guilty plea.
 

 

 

Luke Schubert, of Palmerston Magpies Football Club, has been charged with striking in the fourth quarter of the TIO NTFL Men’s Division One match between Banks and Palmerston at Gardens Oval on Sunday 10th December 2017.

 

Based on the umpire’s report it was the view of the panel that the incident should be classified as intentional, low impact and body contact resulting in a one-match suspension.


 

In summary, Schubert can accept a reprimand as an early guilty plea.
 

 






MEN’S DIVISION TWO

Damien Arkinstall, of Southern Districts Football Club, has been charged with striking player number 24 of University Football Club, in the third quarter of the TIO NTFL Men’s Division Two match between Southern Districts and University at TIO Oval 2 on Saturday 9th December 2017.

 

Based on umpire's report it was the view of the panel that the incident should be classified as intentional, low impact and high contact resulting in a two-match suspension.

 

Arkinstall can accept a one-match sanction as an early plea.
