The Always Wear Your Seatbelt TIO NTFL Finals have arrived and the stage is now set for four weeks of exhilarating Territory football.
St Marys, Southern Districts, Nightcliff, Tiwi and Wanderers are the clubs that will be vying for a spot in the TIO NTFL Grand Final on March 14 2015.
This weekend, the TIO Stadium double-header opens with Southern Districts taking on Nightcliff for the second time in as many weeks.
In the final home and away round, the Crocs snapped up the wounded Tigers, but this time the venue is neutral and the stakes are higher.
Southern Districts and Nightcliff have met on two occasions this season with the Crocs winning both matches comfortably.
In the late game, Tiwi battle Wanderers for survival in the elimination final.
For the Eagles, it’s the second week in a row they’ve had to win to remain in the competition having outlasted Palmerston last week to claim fifth spot on the TIO NTFL ladder.
The Bombers will go in with confidence having obliterated Wanderers by 108 points in their last encounter back in Round 16.
