AFL Northern Territory (AFLNT) advises the appeal against the Tribunal’s decision in the matter of Aisake o’hAilpin has been dismissed.
The Appeals Board found AFLNT had no grounds to appeal the original Tribunal’s decision made on Wednesday 11 October 2017.
At the time o’hAilpin of the Nightcliff Football Club was found not guilty for the charge of serious misconduct for an incident during the first quarter of the TIO NTFL Men’s Premier League Round 1 match between Nightcliff Football Club and St Mary’s Football Club on Saturday 7 October 2017.
AFLNT would like to thank the Tribunal and Appeals Board for their time and now consider the matter closed.
