AFL Northern Territory (AFLNT) and Wanderers Football Club would like to acknowledge the ongoing investigation into the TIO NTFL Premier League semi-final that was not completed on Tuesday 7 March 2017 has now been finalised.
Both parties agree there are a number of improvements required to ensure that the outcome of that game is not repeated should similar circumstances arise in the future.
Please find attached the report findings and recommendations, of which both AFLNT and the Wanderers Football Club have accepted all recommendations. These recommendations will be implemented over the coming months.

CEO of AFLNT Michael Solomon said; “This has been a trying time for the club and the League but the process itself has highlighted issues which we can all learn from.”
Neither AFLNT nor the Wanderers Football Club will be making any further comment and both parties now consider the matter closed.
