The 2013 Officeworks Thunder Juniors season is fast approaching and sign on days for budding young footballers aged 7-11 will commence this Friday March 8 at Officeworks in Stuart Park from 4-8pm.
"We have seen fantastic growth in this program over the past two years which has now resulted in the newly formed TIO NTFL Under 12 competition," advised Game Development Manager Rob Elliott.
"Officeworks Thunder Juniors provides a direct bridge between the traditional NAB AFL Auskick and NTFL Club Football and introduces key game sense abilities to gear them up for competitive football as they progress through the grades,"
"The rewards of the program are starting to be seen in the NTFL Under 18 and Senior Grade players who have participated in the program."
Boys and Girls interested in playing football in Darwin and Palmerston/Rural regions can register at the following locations over the next two weeks with sign on’s with individual clubs occurring all the way through the season.

The Thunder Juniors season runs from 23 March until the four week break in June.
Registration including information pack costs $90 and includes a backsack, team singlet, drink bottle, shorts, socks, football and includes access to all NT Thunder Home Games in Darwin
"AFLNT is an approved recipient of the new NT Government Sports Voucher and are encouraging parents to utilize this scheme to provide their children with the opportunity to participate in the Officeworks Thunder Juniors Program," advised Elliott.
