Hardy departs Board

AFL Northern Territory (AFLNT) has accepted the resignation of board member Shaun Hardy, however, Hardy will stay on as Chair of the NTFL Laws Committee.

The AFLNT Annual General Meeting will be held at the end of February, where amongst normal business, the board will discuss and consider the AFLNT Board structure and the approach to the future governance of football in the Northern Territory.

Chairman of the AFLNT Board Ross Coburn said Hardy had been a valuable member of the Board for five years and thanked him for his contribution.

“Shaun has been a great asset to the AFLNT Board and his passion for football in the Northern Territory has been well evidenced. We appreciate his willingness to continue in the important role as Chair of the NTFL Laws Committee and we wish him well for the future.”
