Thomas Davies, Palmerston Football Club, has been charged with rough conduct, during the third quarter of the TIO NTFL Men's Premier League match between Palmerston and Darwin Buffaloes at Asbuild Oval on Friday 20 January 2017.
Based on an incident referral, it was the view of the panel that the incident should be classified as careless, low impact and high contact resulting in a one-match suspension.

Denelle Bernhardt, Southern Districts Football Club, has been charged with Forceful Front On Contact, during the fourth quarter of the TIO NTFL Women's Premier League match between Southern Districts Football Club and PINT Football Club at TIO Stadium on Saturday 21 January 2017.
Based on an incident referral, it was the view of the panel that the incident should be classified as careless, low impact and high contact resulting in a one-match suspension.
In summary, Bernhardt can accept a reprimand as an early guilty plea.
