The report of Edward Darcy from the Tiwi Bombers Football Club was dismissed by the Match Review Panel.

The following charges have been laid:  

 

PREMIER LEAGUE

Patrick Heenan, Tiwi Bombers Football Club, has been charged with rough conduct during the fourth quarter of the TIO NTFL Men’s Premier League match between Darwin Buffaloes Football Club and Tiwi Bombers Football Club at TIO Stadium on Saturday October 21, 2017.
 

Based on video evidence, it was the view of the panel that the incident should be classified as careless, low impact and high contact, resulting in a one-match penalty.
 

In summary, Heenan can accept a reprimand with an early plea.

 

DIVISION ONE

Jarred Ilett, St Mary’s Football Club, has been charged with rough conduct during the fourth quarter of the TIO NTFL Men’s Division One match between Nightcliff Football Club and St Mary’s Football Club at TIO Stadium on Saturday October 21, 2017.
 

Based on video evidence, it was the view of the panel that the incident should be classified as careless, medium impact and high contact, resulting in a two-match penalty.
 

In summary, Ilett can accept a one-match penalty with an early plea.

 

DIVISION TWO
 

Peter Burgess, PINT Football Club, has been charged with striking during the third quarter of the TIO NTFL Men’s Division Two match between PINT Football Club and Waratah Football Club at TIO Stadium Oval 2 on Saturday October 21, 2017.
 

Based on umpires report, it was the view of the panel that the incident should be classified as careless, low impact and high contact, resulting in a one-match penalty.
 

In summary, Burgess can accept a reprimand with an early plea.
