TIO NTFL MATCH REVIEW PANEL FULL STATEMENT: 2016/17 TIO NTFL SEASON

AFL Northern Territory (AFLNT) wishes to advise the Match Review Panel has reviewed all matches played in Week Two Finals of the 2016/17 TIO NTFL Season.

The following charges have been laid:   

PREMIER LEAGUE

Henry Armour, Southern Districts Club, has been charged with attempting to trip during the first quarter of the TIO NTFL Men’s Premier League match between Nightcliff Football Club and Southern Districts Football Club at TIO Stadium on Saturday 4th March 2017.

Based on umpire report, it was the view of the panel that the incident would result in a one-match suspension.

In summary, Armour can accept a reprimand as an early guilty plea.

UNDER 14 LEW FATT

Brendan Watson, Runner, Tracy Village Football Club, has been charged with misconduct at the end of the game of the TIO NTFL Under 14 Lew Fatt match between Palmerston Football Club and Tracy Village Football Club at TIO Oval 2 on Saturday 4th March 2017.

The matter has been referred directly to the Tribunal.
