There is no secret there is a link between a successfully run business and a successful sporting organization. There are similarities and often the two will lean on each other for ideas. The St Mary’s Football Club is one of the most successful sporting clubs in Australian sport. 32 premierships in 63 years is a record like no other. Not many sporting organisations win a championship ever second year.

Ricky Nolan is the current St Mary’s head coach and the Co-Founder of IT company SportsClipMaker which is a video analysis software program aimed at semi-professional and amateur sporting clubs. Ricky has completed the AFL Level 3 coaching course, a highly sort after course which only allows 18 vacancies Australia wide each year. Ricky also speaks at the annual AFL Coaches Conference on Coaching with Technology.

Ricky specialises in visual learning. Learning through vision - an area he believes can be translated into the business world.

After a successful playing career, Ricky turned to coaching, Firstly through NT Thunder, then returning to the St Mary’s Football club five season ago.
