AFLNT wishes to advise that due to recent heavy rainfall and the resultant condition of the playing surface of TIO Oval number one that all round 17 games scheduled for TIO Oval number one next this weekend have been relocated to other venues.
"The present condition of TIO Oval number one is such that AFLNT needs to protect the playing surface from further damage with a view to ensuring the oval is in prime condition for the TIO NTFL finals series," said AFLNT CEO Tony Frawley.
The games relocated to Gardens Oval have the potential to shape the finals series with the final spot in the top five currently being fought out between Waratah, Palmerston and the Tiwi Bombers who all have a mathematical chance of making it into the finals should results go their way.
Premier League games relocated to Gardens Oval are as follows:
1.00pm - Tiwi Bombers v Waratah
3.15pm – Palmerston v Wanderers
