Today AFLNT football operations department have finalised the TIO NTFL Division One and Division Two draws for the 2010-11 season.
Key features of the Division One and Two Draws include:
- Friday and Saturday night games for Division One and Two
- More afternoon/evening games (4:00pm starts)
- Traditional TEAFA Games to be held at Gardens Oval
- Urban ground home games.
- Home games for Jabiru
“With the new lights on TIO oval two, we have been able to stretch our schedule to fit in more games of football every weekend,” said AFLNT Football Operations Manager Anthony Venes.
“We worked our best to retain traditional TEAFA matches down at Gardens Oval, while also providing home games at the urban venues such as the Marrara Cricket Ground, Tracy Village, Jabiru, Nightcliff, Cazalys and Norbuilt Oval.”
“This now completes the next step in the merger process, AFLNT appreciates the support from all NTFL and TEAFA clubs during this time,” said Venes.
