Central Australian community team from Santa Teresa win their second Defence Jobs AFL Carnival in three years after making three successive Grand Finals in a row.
After 52 games among 16 teams from right across the Territory the Central Australian team were the powerhouse of the competition, however newcomers to this years Defence Jobs AFL Carnival pushed them right to the end.
Final Scores in the Grand Final were:
Stanta Teresa 7.5 - 47 v Galiwinku 6.3 - 39
Waratah Football Club won the Navy NTFL Division of the Competition overcoming St Marys Football Club 3.7 - 25 to 1.10 - 16.

Norforce Community Div. Player of the Carnival: Sebastian Dhurrkay (Galiwinku) Navy NTFL Div. Player of the Carnival: Josh Westerberg (Waratah)
RAAF 100m Sprint Winner: Brendan Mathywy (Galiwinku)
