NAB AFL AUSKICK CONTINUES TO THRIVE IN THE TOP END

The 2010 NAB AFL Auskick program has commenced in the Darwin and Palmerston regions recently with record numbers for the season.

More than 550 boys and girls participate in NAB AFL Auskick at one of the seven conveniently located centre’s currently running across the top end.

NAB AFL Auskick is fun and safe, and is the introductory level where boys and girls aged between five and eight years of age first pull on the boots.

AFLNT Participation and Special Projects Manager, Xavier Moloney said "It has been a great start to the 2010 season with an anticipated record number of participants playing our great game. We have also been extremely impressed with the number of parents whom have volunteered their time to run these programs."

NAB AFL Auskick is a community based program which is run by the community for the community.
