AFLNT in conjunction Cazalys Palmerston Club have introduced an incentive based award for NTFL clubs.
The Cazalys Champion Club Award is awarded each year to the club that has demonstrated a commitment toward developing a positive football environment at their club. Clubs are awarded points for the success of their football programs based around wins, player conduct, junior development and accreditation of coaching staff . The Cazalys Champion Club Award is aimed at rewarding best practice models for running clubs that are sustainable and successful both on and off the field. The Cazalys Champion Club award leader board is situated on two places.
1. In the Members Bar in Kantillas where all members and patrons at TIO Stadium can see.
