Ticketmaster is the official ticketing agent for all AFL matches at TIO Stadium, no other website is authorised ticket seller.

We highly encourage pre-purchasing your discounted tickets online through Ticketmaster prior to attending the match. Should you wish to purchase tickets at the gate, this is subject to availability and will incur an additional fee. Ticket box offices are located at the Bonson & Ah Mat gates.

To provide the best in-stadium experience, please ensure you familiarise yourself with your ticket entry type and the lane of entry. You will be required to ensure you line up in the lane labelled to your ticket type. All grandstand reserved seat holders will be provided a wristband at the time of scanning into the stadium whist hospitality guests are required to collect their wristband from the Bonson Gate prior to entering the venue if this has not been collected prior.

Complimentary Bus Services provided by AFL Northern Territory

Dedicated event buses will run to and from TIO Stadium from Darwin, Stuart Park, Casuarina, Palmerston, and Humpty Doo via Coolalinga. You will need to present your Gold Coast SUNS v Geelong ticket to board the bus.

Bus capacities are strictly limited, and subject to capacity.

Services to TIO Stadium:

  • Darwin (via Stuart Hwy, Bagot Rd & McMillans Rd): 16:45, 17:30 & 18:15
  • Casuarina (public bus, charges may apply): 16:40, 17:40 & 18:40
  • Palmerston (via Pinelands): 17:00 & 17:45
  • Rural (Humpty Doo via Coolalinga): 17:30 & 17:45

Services departing TIO Stadium:

Car Parking

Public car parking is available throughout Abala Road and the Marrara Sporting Complex. 

Designated accessible parking, is located at the Bonson Gate carpark.

Food stalls will operate near the Scoreboard Entry Gate, behind the Family Friendly area, behind the Grandstand and on Level 2 of the Grandstand. Stalls offer a range of food and non-alcoholic beverages. 

Licenced bars will operate from the Scoreboard section, behind the Grandstand, and on Level 2 of the Grandstand. 

You are not permitted to bring beverages (other than sealed bottled water) into the venue. Drink bottles must be empty, water stations are available around the venue to fill up your bottles.

Smoking & Vaping is strictly prohibited within TIO Stadium.

Designated smoking and vaping areas are available outside the Bonson Gate, Ah Mat Gate & Scoreboard Gate.

Failure to follow these directions, may result in eviction from the venue.

Camping Chairs

You can bring camping chairs and rugs to sit on. If you bring a camping chair you will be requested to sit on the upper areas of the grassy hills behind the white line.

Family Friendly Zone

The Family Friendly Zone is located on the grassy hill at the Bonson Gate end of the field. The Family Friendly Zone is a dry area. Please refer to the venue and parking map here.

Carpentaria Accessible Area

For those requiring an accessible area to enjoy the footy, we are excited to provide access to a private accessible area located behind the goals at the Airport end.

Indigenous Business Marketplace

Be sure to visit the Indigenous Business Marketplace behind the Grandstand. You'll find members of the Northern Territory Indigenous Business Network showcasing local products and services throughout the event.

ATM’s will be available behind the grandstand.
