AFL Northern Territory is excited to announce that tickets for the 2024 NAB AFL Women’s Dreamtime match featuring Essendon taking on Richmond at TIO Stadium will go on sale tomorrow, Tuesday, 30 July 2024.

This milestone event not only showcases the skills of top women athletes but also celebrates Indigenous culture and community spirit in Australian Rules football.

Date: Saturday 26 October 2024

Time: 6:45pm (local time)

Venue: TIO Stadium, Darwin, NT

Tickets for the 2024 NAB AFLW Dreamtime Match in Darwin will be available for purchase on Tuesday, 30 July. Fans can secure their tickets online at Ticketmaster. Please note, this is a general admission event, there are no reserved seats.

The Dreamtime Match is a significant event in the NAB AFLW calendar, celebrating Indigenous culture and promoting inclusivity and diversity within the sport. It serves as a platform to recognise and celebrate the contribution of Indigenous players and communities to Australian Rules football.

Richmond and Essendon have played in Dreamtime games in the men's competition for 20 years, and for the past two years in the women's following the Bombers' entry into the AFLW. The Dreamtime clash in the women's competition has been held at both Ikon Park and ETU Stadium (North Port Oval), making the 2024 edition the first time the clash will be held outside Victoria.
