ACCREDITATION

The AFL coaching framework consists of three coaching levels:

  1. Level 1 (Foundation)
  2. Level 2
  3. Level 3

The level 1 course is completed through online modules, while Levels 2 and 3 are delivered through face-to-face facilitation.

As an accredited coach, you'll have access to a range of resources and tools to help you develop your coaching skills. Plus, you'll need to complete a short renewal package each year to keep your accreditation up-to-date

Wanderers Football Club are welcoming expressions of interest for the following roles as senior head coach:

COACH DEVELOPER AND COACH COORDINATOR ROLES

AFLNT has launched a new initiative to build a network of support structures for club coaches.  

A Club Coach Coordinator works with the coaches from one club to support and oversee the growth and development and enhance the overall expertise of club coaches.

A Coach Developer will work with Coach Coordinators from a particular area or region and provide another connection point to AFLNT.  

Role Responsibilities

  • Guide coach’s approach, behavior, and expectations
  • Establish an environment of support and learning for the club coaches.
  • Develop coaches through gathering evidence and facilitating reflective practice.
